He comes to Valley View from The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, where he served as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for the past seven years.ĭuring his time at The Resort at Pelican Hill, Maneesh led a team of 350 experienced F&B professionals. Rawat is a highly skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Their new Food & Beverage Director, Maneesh Rawat, has joined the Valley View team to enhance their award-winning cuisine and to raise the level of guest service to one that is higher than ever before. The new year has brought a new director to help lead the award-winning Food & Beverage team at San Diego’s Favorite Casino, Valley View Casino & Hotel.
